Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return and refund policy for physical products. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. All digital product and service sales are final and non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If a subscription is canceled after being charged, and the items have not yet shipped, you will receive a full refund including shipping and handling.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on clearance or sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
